We are seeking an exceptional AI/NLP Engineer to drive the intelligence behind our AI Agents for the enterprises. You'll work directly with our CTO and AI research team to develop, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art language models that power multilingual, context-aware conversations with millions of customers.
This role is for an AI specialist who thrives on pushing the boundaries of what's possible—from fine-tuning large language models for domain-specific tasks and building robust NLP pipelines to creating high-quality datasets and conducting applied research that directly improves our AI agents' performance.
