If you’ve worked in client delivery, automation, process excellence, customer support QA, business analysis, or CX transformation, and you’ve spent time working with AI-driven workflows or bot-building platforms, this role is built for you.
You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to design, refine, and implement prompts and bot flows using the Timepay format for our clients — across customer support, collections, reminder systems, onboarding journeys, and custom automation.
It’s a mix of language, logic, client management, and product thinking — with direct ownership over how our AI agents behave in production.
